Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to Otherworlds Media Group ("OMG," "we," "us," or "our"), the network home of OtherWorlds TV, Crime and Grime Television, Background Noise, OWTVault, B-Movie Enema: The Channel, Time Portal TV, and any channels we add in the future (collectively, the "Channels"). By visiting this site or using any of the Channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the Channels.
1. What we offer
OMG operates a network of independently-programmed streaming and on-demand channels. Each Channel is accessed through third-party platforms — currently including Roku, and possibly others in the future — not directly through this website. This site exists to tell you what each Channel is and point you to where you can actually watch it.
2. Viewer discretion
Content across the network varies by Channel and may include material that isn't suitable for all audiences — horror, crime, exploitation-era and cult cinema, and similar genre content. Viewer discretion is advised. This site and its Channels are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly make content for or targeted at children.
3. Third-party platforms
Installing or watching a Channel happens through a third-party platform (for example, the Roku Channel Store), and some Channels or tiers (currently OWTVault) may require a subscription through a third-party service (currently Patreon). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, not ours — we don't control them and aren't responsible for how they operate. If a Channel requires payment or a subscription, that transaction happens entirely through the third-party platform, not through OMG directly.
4. Accounts
OMG does not require you to create an account or log in to use this site. Some third-party platforms your Channel access runs through (Roku, Patreon) may require their own accounts — those are governed by that platform's own terms, not ours.
5. Intellectual property
The Otherworlds Media Group name, logo, and each Channel's branding belong to us. Programming aired on each Channel may be owned by us, licensed to us, or used under applicable rights for the format in question — availability and rights vary by title and Channel and aren't a blanket grant of anything to you beyond watching what's made available. Don't rebroadcast, redistribute, or claim our programming or branding as your own.
6. Acceptable use
Don't do anything that disrupts, overloads, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to this site, our Channels, or the systems behind them — including scraping, automated bulk access, or attempting to circumvent any access restrictions (like OWTVault's subscription gate).
7. No warranty
This site and the Channels are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming, that content will remain available indefinitely, or that the site will be free of issues. Streaming quality and availability can depend on your device, your internet connection, and the third-party platform you're using — things outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OMG isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the Channels.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the network changes — for instance, as Channels are added. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the site or Channels after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Dispute resolution
Any dispute between you and us arising from your use of a Channel through the Roku platform is subject to arbitration under Roku's own dispute resolution and arbitration provisions, which you agree to by using Roku's platform and services.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction. If, for any reason, a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we both agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding is either federal court of the Northern District of California or state court in Santa Clara County, California.
